Workspace history
DR time series for product and competitors; `days` query (default 90)
Refresh workspace
POST manual refresh for a `productProfileId`

Cached metrics
Domain rating values are cached server-side. Read checkedAt on each metric row and manualRefreshAvailableAt on overview responses before calling refresh again.
