Analytics by network

Which connected channels return account-level and per-post metrics — and how to open each view in the app.

OpenQuok pulls account-level insights for connected channels in the workspace Analytics area. See Insights → Workspace analytics.

Some networks also expose per-post metrics on individual post cards and in the Statistics dialog. See Insights → Per-post metrics.

Account insights

Self-hosted operators can disable X analytics with DISABLE_X_ANALYTICS in backend environment. See Social integrations → X.

Date range windows

The workspace Analytics page and per-post Statistics dialog use a lookback picker whose options are a subset of 7, 30, and 90 days — never more than the table below allows for your connection. Threads (and Instagram, TikTok, and personal LinkedIn) cap account insights at 30 days, so when those channels are targeted you see only 7 and 30 in the menu; 90 appears only when every targeted channel supports it (for example Facebook Page, YouTube, or X alone or in a mix that still includes 90-day networks). With multiple channels, OpenQuok uses the intersection across all targeted connections.

CLI and public API calls still accept 7, 30, or 90 for any integration; provider APIs may return shorter series when a window is not supported.

Per-post metrics

Per-post stats follow the same split as account insights. When a row is Yes, OpenQuok shows numbers only if the platform API returns data for that post.
